RE: All Climate Control Tenants Dear Lessee. It has been brought to our attention that the doors have been left open at times in the climate control buildings. This causes the air conditioners to run constantly but is not cooling down the buildings. Please remember to keep the doors always closed to ensure everyone is getting what they paid for in Climate Control. We have also ordered weather stripping to be put down on each individual unit to prevent dust from getting in. It will be in next week and we will begin installing on rented units first. Please make sure that all your contact info (phone, email) is correct on your accounts so that we can contact you to plan for the weather-stripping installation. If your unit already has weather stripping on the bottom of the rolling door, we will not be contacting you at this time. Thank You, Mandy Kirby Manager ...
